Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, product availability, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Canada: 8–20 business days
United Kingdom: 8–20 business days
Europe: 8–20 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8–20 business days

Shipping Cost
We offer Free Worldwide Standard Shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking information to update after your order has been processed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address is provided, we may not be able to change it after the order has been processed.
GlowBubbles is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or shipping regulations.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and issue a refund where applicable.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at glowbubblesshop@outlook.com.
We will investigate the issue with the supplier, fulfillment partner, or shipping carrier.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after the investigation is complete.
We do not guarantee refunds for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
