REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At GlowBubbles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not
completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of
delivery at glowbubblesshop@outlook.com with a photo of the item. We will
send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at glowbubblesshop@outlook.com with your order number and the
reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 5–10 business days.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you
notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped.
